| Terms & Conditions
All reservations and agreements are made upon, and are
subject to, the rules & regulations of the hotel and the following
conditions.
1. Provisional Bookings are held for two weeks only, after which
they are automatically released. A deposit of £300 is required
to guarantee your booking. We regret that this deposit is non-refundable
in the event of cancellations.
2. Final Details and a Table Plan should be arranged at least 14
days prior to the event. ATTENDANCE: A final attendance figure must
be supplied to the manager within 48 hours of the function. The
Final Figure is the minimum number of meals for which the organisers
guarantee payment. Additional meals will be served if space &
staff are available, but without guarantee or obligation by the
hotel to provide such extra meals. Any such additional meals will
be charged at the quoted price.
3. Please Note prices indicated are today’s & may be
subject to fluctuations. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Gratuities
are at your own discretion.
4. No beverage or food of any kind will be permitted to be brought
into the hotel by the patron or any of the patron’s guests
or invitees from the outside without the special permission of the
hotel, and the hotel reserves the right to make a charge for the
service of such beverages. Should you not wish to avail of the bar
facilities in the Banquet Hall please be advised that a Room Hire
charge may be incurred.
5. The Hotel may cancel the event only in the following circumstances:
(i) The Hotel has reason to believe the booking might prejudice
the reputation of the hotel.
(ii) The Hotel receives evidence of any adverse alteration in the
Clients financial situation.
(iii) Should any guest attending the event behave in any way considered
to be detrimental, offensive, or contrary to normal expected standards
of behaviour.
6. It is essential that all entertainment arrangements have the
approval of the Hotel Management, prior to the date of your reception.
All Entertainers must supply their own equipment & PA Systems.
7. The Balance of account must be settled on the day of the reception,
either by cash or Bank draft.
8. Guests shall be called to dinner no later than 5.30pm.
9. Please note children are welcome but must remain seated and
under parent/guardian control at all times.
10. Bedrooms in the Hotel are available at a Discounted rate for
wedding guests, but must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.
Please note that check in time for residents is from 3.00pm onwards.
Check out time is Strictly 12 noon, after which time a late check
out supplement applies.
11. All Civil Cermonies held within the hotel are subject to an
additional charge of £200, for our ceremony room.
12. Complimentary Hire of our Banqueting Hall & Two Reception
Rooms for numbers of 60 guests or more when a full meal is served.
13. Clients assume responsibility for damage caused by them or
any of their guests attending the wedding reception.
14. All cancellations must be forwarded in writing to hotel.
15. Finally, Confirmation & Payment of the Deposit will be
considered as full agreement to the terms & conditions outlined
above.
